Electronic components supplier — semiconductors, sourcing & PCBA in one place
Haiben (Shenzhen Haiben Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) is an electronic components supplier built around three lines that buyers usually have to split across vendors: a semiconductor range developed within the group — diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, power and audio ICs made under the Weforsemi brand by our wholly-owned subsidiary — global brand sourcing for the rest of the BOM, and PCB assembly to finish the board.
Electronic components are specified by part number, package and datasheet, so that is how this site is organised: category pages state the packages and the published parameters of real models, cross-reference pages map industry part numbers such as 1N4148, 1N5408 and 2N3904 to the equivalents we stock, and the sourcing pages state the commercial terms plainly — no MOQ on standard parts, samples available, average lead time within 15 workdays.
Component categories
Schottky Diodes
Barrier diodes from 100 mA signal parts to 2 A rectifiers in the Weforsemi line.
Zener Diodes
Voltage-reference and regulator diodes; voltage variants grouped on one page.
TVS & ESD Diodes
Transient suppression up to 1,600 W peak pulse power, IEC 61000-4-2 rated models.
Transistors (BJT)
NPN and PNP bipolar transistors, digital and Darlington/composite types.
MOSFETs
N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs with RDS(ON) down to 160 mΩ typical.
Power Management ICs
Regulators, converters, backlight drivers and battery ICs for board-level power.
Voice Recognition
Offline voice-recognition modules and voice PCBA built on the group's voice IC line.
Crystal Oscillators
Frequency components from the Weforsemi line for timing and clocking.
Serial Flash Memory
Serial NOR flash anchored by the BL25Q128G in SOP-8 208 mil.
Own-brand manufacturing and brand sourcing, kept separate
Two supply lines run through this company, and this site keeps them visibly apart. Products designed and made within the group carry the Weforsemi brand — the discrete semiconductors and ICs listed in the categories above, developed by our wholly-owned subsidiary Weforsemi Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Separately, our sourcing team buys and supplies parts from established global brands to complete a BOM; those brands are listed on one page, under a "brands we source & supply" framing, with BOM matching, equivalent-replacement and datasheet-inquiry support. We do not present sourced brands as our own products.

From part numbers to finished boards
The workflow follows the published service flow: understand the design, analyse the BOM for cost and supply risk, source the components (with cross-reference equivalents where a part is allocated or obsolete), assemble the PCB — fabrication, SMT, DIP and programming — test, and deliver finished product with global logistics support. Obsolete and hard-to-find parts are handled by the same team under an independent-distributor model, with three-stage quality inspection (incoming, in-process and final delivery checks) applied to what we ship.
Company facts you can check
Founded on 5 September 2013 and registered in Shenzhen with registered capital of RMB 11.76 million. The company states a head office of over 2,000 m² in Shenzhen, standardised manufacturing bases across Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou, 35 senior R&D engineers and a three-tier quality team; it has been accredited — in the company's own published wording — as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Enterprise, and a Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. Its Made-in-China supplier profile records a TÜV Rheinland supplier audit (the report reference is quoted on the quality page) and exports since 2015 to markets across North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Middle East. Certificates are available upon request during qualification.
